Job club will provide youth with job skills and hands on experience to prepare them for the workforce. To foster the career readiness and economic independence of urban youth by providing training in economic literacy, basic job skills, com m unity service opportunities, and work experience. Students will be ready to be throughout their teen-age years when they can work for the first tim e and on into a life-long career. Students will have the economic means to be able to support them selves, their families, and contribute to the wellbeing of their immediate com m unity and beyond.
